Job Summary

We are looking for a Lighting Sales Executive to drive sales of lighting products, develop new customers, maintain existing client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell lighting products to customers and businesses.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
• Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Basic understanding of LED lights, fixtures, decorative lighting, commercial lighting, and electrical products.
• Good convincing and presentation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is an advantage.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Sales, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields will be preferred.

Salary

As per experience and industry standards + Incentives.
