Sales Executive / Manager (E-commerce Logistics)

Our client is a globally established logistics and freight forwarding powerhouse, ranked among the world’s top international logistics operators and backed by a leading global trade and ports conglomerate. Operating across major trade corridors worldwide, the organization provides comprehensive end-to-end supply chain solutions, including multimodal freight forwarding, contract logistics, and specialized cross-border e-commerce fulfillment services.

To accelerate the expansion of their dedicated E-Commerce Logistics division in Hong Kong, they are seeking an ambitious, client-focused Sales Executive / Sales Manager (title aligned with experience level) to drive new business acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across cross-border e-commerce brands, DTC merchants, online retailers, and trading companies.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the group's suite of e-commerce supply chain services—such as air/ocean freight, bonded warehousing, pick-and-pack fulfillment, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery networks—to propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare commercial quotations, RFQ responses, and contract proposals; negotiate terms and secure long-term business to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with newly acquired accounts, monitoring shipment milestones and identifying opportunities for upselling and service expansion.
• Coordinate closely with operations, customer service, pricing, and overseas regional teams to guarantee smooth client onboarding and operational execution.
• Monitor trends across major e-commerce marketplaces, trade lanes, and consumer retail sectors to pinpoint emerging business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience Level:

  • Sales Executive: Fresh graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of sales, customer success, or commercial experience from any industry (e.g., retail, FMCG, SaaS, hospitality, trading).
  • Sales Manager: 3–5+ years of demonstrable B2B sales or account management success; previous experience in freight forwarding, courier/express, or 3PL e-commerce is advantageous.

• High energy, goal-oriented, and excited to build a long-term commercial career in the fast-paced global supply chain market.

• Receptive to coaching, eager to pick up technical supply chain concepts, and proactive in problem-solving.

• Confident presentation and relationship-building abilities.

• Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for collaborating with regional clients and partners.
