Sales Executive - MICE

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and developing new MICE business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client outreach activities
• Support the sales process by preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentation materials for corporate clients and event organizers
• Maintain good relationships with clients by handling enquiries, following up on leads, and providing excellent customer service
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth arrangements for meetings, conferences, incentive groups, and other events
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales team to support business growth and achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• 2 years' hotel room sales experience is highly preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Customer oriented with strong communication skills
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
