Job Description

Beta Technologies SMC (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for confident, energetic, and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing Sales Department.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with US-based clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand potential clients' business needs, present suitable digital solutions, follow up with prospects, and successfully close sales.

We provide services including Website Development, Google Business Profile/Google Maps Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, Graphic Design, and other digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with potential clients in the USA.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales conversations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Present our digital marketing and web development solutions effectively.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client conversations.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with the support and production teams after closing a client.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong confidence and convincing ability.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work professionally with international clients.
• Target-oriented and motivated personality.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and website services is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, call centers, digital marketing agencies, or international campaigns will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a night shift environment.
