What they need
- Achieve individual and company sales targets.
- Actively identify, approach, and develop new customers through phone calls, social media, online marketplaces, and other suitable channels.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to introduce products, share promotions, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.
- Manage and optimise sales activities across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the 2KM Florist App.
- Regularly create and publish engaging product, promotional, and sales-related content on Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Threads, and other social media platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, comments, and messages through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and online marketplaces.
- Follow up consistently with sales leads, existing customers, and inactive customers to encourage enquiries, repeat purchases, and long-term relationships.
- Recommend suitable products according to customers’ needs and provide accurate product and promotional information.
- Maintain and update customer information, sales records, and follow-up status.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
- Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and sales opportunities to the internal team.
- Perform other sales and customer service duties assigned by the company.
