Sales Executive - Ophthalmic Equipment

We are looking for Sales & Service Executives to drive sales, manage customer relationships, and coordinate installation and service support for ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop business with hospitals, ophthalmologists, clinics, and distributors.
• Promote and sell ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Coordinate equipment installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with Application, Service, and Head Office teams.
• Maintain sales pipeline, customer records, and daily/weekly activity reports.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in sales/service, preferably in ophthalmic or medical equipment.
• Knowledge of ophthalmic diagnostic & surgical equipment is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
