Sales Executive (Outdoor)

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive (Outdoor) / Sales Representative at Penang to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers in the products market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the products industry
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection, pricing and order fulfilment
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• A passion for the outdoors and a deep understanding of the latest trends and products
