Job Description – Pharma Sales Executive

Salary: ₹10,000–₹20,000 per month, based on experience
Experience: 1–2 years preferred
Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

About the Role

Rossel Lifesciences is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Pharma Sales Executive to support our PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.
• Contact pharma distributors, stockists, and prospective franchise partners.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
• Explain pharmaceutical product offerings and business opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on enquiries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Eligibility & Skills

• Experience in PCD Pharma, pharmaceutical sales, telecalling, or business development is preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
