Our client AM Sales & Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive (Penang) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Drive sales: Propel sales and business development for a range of occupational health and safety products, from aviation tools to personal protective equipment.
• Business development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, ensuring strong, lasting relationships with customers.
• Customer engagement: Conduct detailed product demonstrations and training sessions to help customers understand and benefit from our products.
• Relationship management: Manage customer interactions throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction and providing post-sale support.
• Market analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Documentation: Prepare and submit quotes, proposals, and other required documentation to support sales activities.

Who are they looking for?

• Mobility: Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
• Educational background: While not mandatory, a diploma or degree in any field is preferred. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
• Experience: Ideally, 3 years in sales or business development, particularly in occupational health and safety products.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to explain technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Language proficiency: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Ability to converse in Chinese is a strong advantage for managing our regional client portfolio.
