Sales Executive - Pharma

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry to drive business development and client acquisition for Cureton Biotech Private Limited, a WHO-GMP and GLP certified pharma manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads within the pharma/healthcare sector
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors,and institutional clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in reporting tools
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as required
• Graduate in any discipline (B.Pharm/B.Sc preferred but not mandatory)
