Sales Executive / Project Engineer – ELV & Security Systems

We are expanding our team and currently hiring for two positions within the ELV & Security Systems industry. Whether your strength is in B2B sales and client engagement or technical project execution, we welcome suitable candidates to apply.

Available Positions

1. Sales Executive – ELV & Security Systems
   Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the ELV and security systems sector.
• Promote solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Networking and related ELV systems.
• Identify potential clients, understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical clients.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, technology and competitor activities.
• Develop sales strategies and consistently work towards achieving sales targets.
• Work closely with Project Managers and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• B2B sales experience, preferably within ELV, ICT, security systems, technology or related industries.
• Knowledge of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and client engagement skills.
• Results-oriented, responsible, independent and proactive.
• Computer literate and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

2. Project Engineer – ELV Systems

Location: Johor
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project sites to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and commissioning assistance.
• Prepare project documentation and attend site meetings when required.
• Assist with tender preparation, technical proposals and solution design.
• Support installation, testing, maintenance and post-sales activities.
• Monitor material usage and coordinate equipment installation activities.
• Ensure projects are completed according to technical specifications and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, engineering or ELV systems.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, PA Systems, Structured Cabling and Alarm Systems.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong project coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
