Nejoum Al Jazeera Used Cars LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive – Russian Speaker to join our sales team in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through calls, online platforms, referrals, and other channels.
• Communicate with Russian-speaking and international customers and understand their requirements.
• Promote and sell the company's vehicles, services, and related automotive solutions.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.
• Maintain strong and professional customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth completion of customer transactions.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide appropriate follow-up.
• Stay updated on company products, services, pricing, and market developments.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, vehicle trading, shipping, logistics, or a related industry.
• Fluent Russian and English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused with strong follow-up skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• UAE sales experience is an advantage.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
