We are seeking talented Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team.

This full-time position is based at Perai, Penang.

As a Sales Executive / Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth for our company :

1. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer services.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements :

1. Diploma, 1~2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial sector.
2. Candidate interested in sales line to apply.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Products training & guidance will be provided.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
6. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential. Mandarin speaker is a plus point.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

1. To promote and maximize CKD's market share by providing value-added and total customer satisfaction services.
2. Responsible for achieving sales results in accordance with set targets within your designated territory.
3. To explore new customers and perform daily customers visit. Follow up closely on all sales enquiries and quotation, and ensure to fulfill total customers satisfaction.
4. To assist Credit Control Department for due collection from customers.
