Sales Executive / Sales Engineer - Electronic (IANG welcome)

Our client is one of largest and most prominent manufacturers of passive and electromechanical components. They are now expanding the team and looking for a Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to join for merchant acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Expand market share for Passive Electronic Components across Hong Kong and Southern China, with a strategic focus on EMC Components, Power Magnetics, and Capacitors.
• Identify evolving customer requirements, track market trends, and conduct rigorous competitor analysis.
• Execute targeted action items to deepen market penetration and maximize account share.
• Achieve annual revenue targets through meticulous forecasting, pipeline management, and frequent reporting.
• Formulate comprehensive market strategies and uncover new business opportunities to drive sustained, long-term growth.
• Report directly to the District Manager and actively support regional marketing initiatives and events.
• Undertake frequent business travel across Southern China to maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience within the electronic industry.
• IANG visa holders / non-local graduates are welcome to apply.
• Deep domain knowledge of passive components (EMC, Power Magnetics, and Capacitors) is required; hands-on hardware design-in experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong technical aptitude with a demonstrated ability to drive design-in wins and provide technical support to regional clients.
• Fluency in professional English and Mandarin is essential.
