Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activities including client outreach and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, interior designers, architects, developers, and business owners
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable lighting solutions and product offerings
• Conduct product presentations, consultations, and showroom demonstrations for clients
• Drive sales growth by expanding market presence and achieving individual/team sales targets
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and pipeline updates for management review
• Support and mentor junior sales team members where required
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales journey, from enquiry to after-sales support

About you

• Sales experience in lighting / electrical / building materials / interior products preferred
• Strong network with contractors, designers, architects, or project stakeholders is an advantage
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outdoor sales and client visits across Singapore
