Sales Executive / Sales Support (Export)

MXM Surfaces is a premium quartz stone manufacturer serving both local and international markets. We have a strong established presence in US and Europe markets, and we are now actively expanding our local and Singapore sales markets.

We continue to work closely with global clients and project partners while strengthening our regional sales growth in Southeast Asia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, price letters, and related documentation.
• Support sales activities for local and international (export) customers.
• Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate internally for smooth operations.
• Assist in international exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities (local & overseas markets).
• Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.
• Resolve customer issues and provide timely support.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Sales Support, Export Admin, or related roles preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willing to travel for exhibitions when required
