Sales Executive (Second Hand Device Industry)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Alchemy's commercial engagement and relationship with designated key accounts to an exceptional level of performance
• Grow and deliver profitable business levels as directed by the Managing Director, Commercial JAPAC
• Recruit and develop new valuable customer accounts in the JAPAC region
• Maintain a stable base of existing customers through credibility and success in account management
• Handle customer returns, disputes and issues appropriately and professionally
• Drive excellence from the team around you at all times
• Act in the best interest of the Alchemy business at all times
• Represent Alchemy professionally and with integrity and uphold the values of the organization

You Have:

• Proven success and experience in the sale of used mobile / electronic devices in the JAPAC markets
• A strong network of sales connections that love doing business with you in this space.
• An exceptional approach to customer service management
• An aptitude to handle pressure, deadlines and targets professionally and successfully
• An unwavering approach to high ethical standards and commitments
• Strong commercial skills and an understanding of the impact of financial factors such as cost of goods, inventory turns, gross profit matters
• The ability to self-motivate and to motivate others to attain excellence
