Sales Executive Security System

Role & responsibilities :

• Drive B2B field sales by acquiring new security dealers, System Integrators and smart home partners.
• Conduct daily cold calls, field visits and client/site meetings to generate and convert leads.
• Demonstrate security and smart home solutions and support dealers during customer meetings.
• Build and maintain strong dealer/channel relationships to drive repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and partner onboarding targets.
• Maintain accurate daily updates of calls, visits, leads and pipeline in the CRM.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 13 years of experience in B2B/Field Sales, preferably in Security Systems, CCTV, Smart Home, AV or Electrical/Building Technology.
• Experience in Dealer Acquisition, Channel Sales or Business Development preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for daily field visits and client meetings.
• Target-oriented, self-driven and comfortable with CRM/mobile reporting.
• Candidates with an existing network of security dealers, System Integrators or installers will be preferred.
