About InstaCare

InstaCare is a fast-growing healthcare technology company providing digital solutions to improve healthcare access and delivery. We are looking for a Sales Executive – Software to generate new business, build client relationships, and grow our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, email, and online meetings.
• Conduct product demos and presentations.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Conduct client visits in Lahore when required.
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and keep the sales pipeline updated.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales experience in Software, SaaS, IT Solutions, or a similar technology-based product/service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, follow-ups, and closing.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales pipeline management.
• Must be currently based in Lahore.
