Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for rooftop and commercial solar projects.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
• Meet prospective customers to understand their energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits, features, and cost savings of solar systems.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates in coordination with the technical team.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and government solar schemes.
• Attend exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns as required.
