Responsibilities
- วางแผนการขาย พยากรณ์ยอดขายอย่างแม่นยำ พร้อมติดตามข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์คู่แข่งในตลาดเพื่อจัดทำแผนส่งเสริมการขายที่สร้างกำไรสูงสุดให้องค์กร
- กำหนดเป้าหมายและวางแผนเจาะกลุ่มลูกค้าใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพ ตลอดจนสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้ารายใหญ่ (Key Accounts)
- นำทีม ประชุมชี้แจงเป้าหมาย ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ และร่วมเดินทางไปเยี่ยมลูกค้าในพื้นที่พร้อมกับพนักงานขายเพื่อช่วยปิดการขายและแก้ปัญหาหน้างาน
- ควบคุมการเก็บหนี้ให้ตรงเวลาและครบถ้วน เพื่อรักษาเสถียรภาพทางการเงินของทีม
- จัดทำงบประมาณประจำปี และดูแลให้การทำงานสอดคล้องกับระบบมาตรฐานคุณภาพของบริษัท
Job Specifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด, การขาย, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีมขาย
- มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ (Leadership), การเจรจาต่อรอง (Negotiation) และการวิเคราะห์/พยากรณ์ยอดขาย
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ และสามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบการจัดส่งสินค้า การเก็บหนี้ และการวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง
