Specific Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries from prospective customers for approximately 3 to 4 hours every day as part of a voice-based sales process.

Own end-to-end sales conversion understand customer requirements, pitch NoBrokers property and service offerings, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

Build trust and rapport with leads, negotiate effectively, and provide regular follow-ups until conversion.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using internal CRM tools and adhere to company sales processes.

Consistently work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets to maximize performance-based incentives.
