Sales Executive (Training)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by analysing in-depth client data and identifying business opportunities.
• Develop detailed customer profiles to understand key decision-makers, influencers, and business practices within each targeted organisation.
• Propose tailored training and consulting solutions to acquire new clients and convert leads into closed sales.
• Expand brand exposure and customer base through proactive outreach, client meetings, networking events, and other relevant activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the training, consulting, or HR development industry, or in corporate sales within the service industry.
• Experience in selling assessment tools, leadership training, people development programmes, or OD/HR consulting solutions, especially to high-level decision-makers, is a strong advantage.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
