Sales Executive (Work From Home)

You will sell wellness and consulting programmes for a Dubai-based practice, by phone and video, to clients in India and the Gulf. 100% work from home.

This is a closing role. It is not customer support, not chat, not admin. If you have never carried a target, this is not your job.

WHAT YOU WILL SELL

Four levels, from a Rs 8,000 workshop up to programmes above Rs 10,00,000. Leads come to you - from ads, from the website, and from a database of past clients. You are not cold-calling strangers from a purchased list.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

• Call every new enquiry within 24 hours, without exception

• Run discovery and consultation calls on video, and close on the call

• Work our existing client database - past clients, people who bought a small programme and went quiet, people who booked and never showed

• Follow up until you get a yes or a no. Not until it feels awkward

• Send payment links, chase pending payments, confirm receipts

• Send one short written report every evening: calls made, consultations held, closed, and what is stuck

WHAT YOU WILL BE MEASURED ON

1. Revenue closed per month - the number that matters

2. Enquiry to consultation conversion - 30% or better

3. Consultation to sale conversion - baseline set in month one, then it grows

4. Show-up rate on booked consultations - 80% or better

5. Dormant clients brought back each month

PAY

Rs 20,000 per month for a 3-month probation, then Rs 25,000 on confirmation. Plus uncapped commission on everything you close, paid monthly, on money actually received. A performing salesperson here should earn Rs 45,000 to Rs 60,000 a month. There is no ceiling. Commission is paid on collected revenue, not on promises, and you will see the tracker. 12 paid leave days a year after probation, and 10 public holidays.

TIMINGS

Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST. Saturday is a full working day. Sunday off.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years in a closing role - inside sales, ed-tech, insurance, real estate, wellness, high-ticket coaching, or similar

• You must be able to state your numbers: monthly target, what you actually achieved, average deal size, and your conversion rate

• Fluent, natural spoken English. You will be on video calls with clients all day

• Comfortable asking for money without apologising for the price

• Own laptop, working camera, stable broadband, power backup, and a quiet room

WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR

• Customer support or chat-process backgrounds with no closing experience

• Anyone currently studying, or with a course, degree or exam finishing in the next two years

• Anyone who describes their last job as "handling queries"
