Sales Executive/Manager (Remote)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the video conferencing and remote education markets in overseas markets, develop and execute sales plans, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional and high-quality sales support and services.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective marketing and business development strategies.
• Lead, manage, and train the sales team to ensure team members meet or exceed their sales targets and performance expectations.
• Participate in developing product pricing strategies and sales policies to strengthen product competitiveness and market positioning.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good understanding of the video conferencing and remote education markets in the candidate's local market and other Southeast Asian countries.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in video conferencing, remote education, or related industries. Candidates with sales experience at companies such as Poly or Yealink are highly preferred.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to conduct business negotiations and communicate effectively with international customers. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Strong market analysis, business development, and marketing planning skills, with the ability to independently develop and execute sales strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team to achieve business and sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
