Job Description

Knowlix Learning is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote our premium hybrid learning programs and connect with parents seeking quality educational solutions for their children.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand parents’ educational needs and recommend suitable programs, including Hybrid Schooling, Online Schooling, and Specialized Tuition.
• Explain program features, benefits, fee structures, and admission procedures clearly.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions by maintaining consistent follow-ups.
• Handle parent inquiries, address concerns, and build strong relationships with prospective families.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up updates, and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; Malayalam proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience in sales, telecalling, admissions, or educational consulting is preferred.
• Ability to handle leads, follow up consistently, and close sales.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently from home.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
