Sales Expert(B2C,B2B)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Expert to generate new business opportunities, connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into paying customers.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to explain software/SaaS products clearly to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
• Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.
• Demonstrate and explain our software/SaaS products to prospects.
• Conduct product demos and answer customer questions.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the technical/product team when customers have specific requirements.
• Research competitors, market trends, and potential customer segments.
• Develop new business opportunities through partnerships, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
