The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building business relationships, generating sales and taking responsibility for their own customers and orders.
You will work across our established FASEP wheel-service equipment business and our expanding SharkFin range of wheel-alignment products.
The role combines proactive telephone sales with responsibility for managing orders from initial enquiry through to dispatch and customer follow-up.
You will be expected to work independently, develop opportunities and ensure that your customers receive a professional and efficient service.

- Follow up enquiries, quotations and outstanding sales opportunities.

International Distributor Development

- Introduce our SharkFin products to potential distributors.
- Establish and develop new business relationships through telephone and email contact.
- Arrange product demonstrations and follow up distributor enquiries.

- Maintain ongoing relationships with distributors, encouraging repeat orders and long-term business growth.
Sales Administration & Order Processing

- Raise sales orders and coordinate invoicing with the accounts team.
- Check stock availability and delivery times with production and warehouse colleagues.
- Maintain accurate order records and customer correspondence.
- Monitor outstanding orders and keep customers informed of progress.
- Ensure sales are properly administered from initial enquiry through to completion.
Shipping & Export Administration
- Arrange UK and international shipments through couriers and freight forwarders.
- Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists and relevant export documentation.
- Coordinate collections and deliveries with warehouse staff.
- Obtain shipping quotations and arrange suitable transport.
- Monitor shipments and provide customers with tracking and delivery information.
- Resolve routine shipping and delivery queries.
The role involves coordinating shipments and documentation, rather than physically packing or dispatching goods.

Essential skills and experience:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, sales coordination or account management.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
- Confidence approaching new customers and developing business relationships.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.

- Export administration or international shipping.
- Working with couriers, freight forwarders or commercial shipping documentation.
- Manufacturing, engineering or automotive industry experience.
- Developing distributor or wholesale customer relationships.
- Experience using CRM or order-management systems.
Previous experience in wheel-alignment equipment is not required. Full product training will be provided.

- Basic salary of £21,333 per annum for 25 hours per week (£32,000 full-time equivalent).
- £25 commission for every qualifying FASEP software update successfully sold and paid for.
- Additional performance-related incentives for equipment sales and new distributor development, subject to agreement.
- Permanent part-time position.
- Opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of an established British business.

The preferred office location will be agreed during recruitment.
