Job Description

We’re looking for full + part-time associates to join our local store team. While Retail experience is a plus, we’re really looking for folks who can help create a friendly, welcoming environment and get some stuff done along the way.

Sales associates are the backbone of our Retail Fleet- and the frontline for our customers. We are looking for folks who are excited to learn + share the ML story, and get people stoked about what we’re doing.

Scope

Your Job duties will focus on the below:

• Customer + Brand Experience: We want you to have fun connecting with people, and for people to have fun shopping in our stores. Keeping a positive attitude on busy days, and having a solutions-minded approach with customers is key.
• Visual + Business Operations : We’ll teach you the ins and outs of what keeps the lights on. Main things include: computer skills, keeping the store looking tip top, and handling tasks from leadership.
• Team Player : ”Teamwork makes the dream work.” Cliche but so true. It’s nice to know your team has your back, and you should have theirs, too.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends + some holidays
• Positive attitude and excitement to dive in
• Tech-savvy: you should at least know what an iPad is and how to use it
