Sales Floor Manager

Avodha EduTech is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Floor Manager to lead and manage a BDA sales team at our Kakkanad, Infopark centre.

The Floor Manager will be responsible for team handling, sales performance, BDA hiring, training, retention and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the BDA team
• Drive daily and monthly sales targets
• Monitor calls, follow-ups, demos and conversions
• Recruit and onboard new BDA trainees
• Maintain a strong and active team
• Train and coach BDAs for better performance
• Monitor individual and team productivity
• Improve employee retention and team performance
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
• Work closely with senior management to achieve business targets

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in sales/team handling preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Ability to recruit, train and retain team members
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in education sales, tele-sales or B2C sales will be an advantage
