Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce application development and technical delivery.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and customize Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Process Builder, and integrations.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations.
• Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and lead Agile project delivery.
• Utilize Salesforce Einstein, GPT, and AI tools to enhance business processes and customer experience.
• Design scalable application solutions and represent offshore teams.

Mandatory Skills:

• Software Development experience.

Salesforce Development experience.

• Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience.
• Technical Lead experience.
• ChatGPT / Prompt Engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Customization, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Process Builder, Reports & Dashboards.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, SFDC Objects, Security & Sharing Models.
• Experience in requirement elicitation, stakeholder management, and Agile methodology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Architect Certification.
• Health Cloud experience.
• Salesforce Einstein & GPT.
• Python or Node.js.
• Jenkins, GitHub, DevOps pipelines.
• JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, jQuery, CSS).
• Metadata API / Tooling API experience.
• Sales & Service Cloud Certifications.
