Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, customization, integrations, and technical solution design. The candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. This role requires the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing CRM capabilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading technical discussions, supporting end-to-end implementation activities, optimizing existing Salesforce features, ensuring code quality, and mentoring junior developers. The role will play a key part in driving enterprise CRM transformation, improving business process efficiency, and supporting seamless integration between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, and Integrations.
• Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce Pages.
• Lead design reviews and architecture discussions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform code reviews and ensure development best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Support deployment and release management activities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech, MCA, or MBA in IT/Systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong academic background with relevant coursework or project experience in software development, cloud platforms, databases, or CRM systems.
• Additional Salesforce Trailhead badges, superbadges, or platform-related learning credentials will be an added advantage.

Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory).
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred).
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Application Architect (Preferred).

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
