Role Objective:

The SFE Supervisor is the strategic analytical heart of the company. You will be responsible for the end-to-end data integrity of sales, while monitoring the productivity of MedReps

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Inventory

End-to-End Tracking: Monitor and analyze daily/weekly/monthly Sell-in, Sell-out, and Offtake data

Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels to prevent Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations, especially for high-volume SKUs

2. Medical & Field Force Productivity

MedRep Performance: Track and analyze the activity of MedReps, focusing on HCP coverage, call frequency, and recommendation conversion rates.

CRM Management: Maintain and update the Master Data of hospitals (e.g., ARMMC style Tiers) and clinics.

3. Executive Reporting

Dashboards: Create and maintain visual dashboards (MS Excel/PowerBI) for the GM to track real-time business health.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SFE, Sales Operations, or Data Analysis within the Milk/Infant Formula or Pharmaceutical industry.

Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Macro) is a must. Proficiency in PowerBI or Tableau is a strong plus.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Philippine Milk Code and the healthcare landscape

Attributes: High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex numbers into actionable business insights.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
