SALES FREIGHT FORWARDER

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new business opportunities in international freight forwarding.
• Prepare and present freight quotations for Air Freight and Sea Freight services.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, and the Operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Monitor shipment status and provide excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Visit customers regularly to build and strengthen long-term business relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping is highly preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Candidates with an existing customer base will be given special consideration.

Salary: Based on experience + Incentives
