Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, explain property projects and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up with potential property buyers.

Handle leads received through calls, social media, property portals and references.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and available units to customers.

Schedule and conduct property/site visits.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and convert leads into sales.

Negotiate with customers and assist in the booking and closing process.

Maintain customer details, follow-ups and sales reports.

Coordinate with the CRM, documentation and accounts teams for successful transactions.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Good follow-up and customer-handling ability.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage.

Experience: 0–3 years in real estate sales preferred; freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹9,916.87 - ₹20,000.00 per month
