Mike Erdman Toyota is looking for an energetic, outgoing Sales Greeter to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to get their foot in the door of the automotive business.

As a Sales Greeter, you’ll be one of the first people our customers meet when they arrive. You’ll help create a welcoming, organized experience by greeting customers on the lot, identifying how we can assist them, and connecting them with the appropriate Sales Associate.

This is an active position that requires spending a significant amount of the day walking and working outdoors on the dealership lot. If you like staying busy, talking to people, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive on the dealership lot
• Welcome customers and determine how we can best assist them
• Connect customers with available Sales Associates
• Help coordinate customer flow and Sales Associate availability
• Keep the sales team organized and accountable for responding to customers
• Engage with customers who may be browsing the lot and make sure they receive assistance
• Communicate with Sales Managers regarding customer needs and activity on the lot
• Help ensure every customer receives a friendly, professional first impression
• Assist the Sales Department with additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong people skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
• Dependable and professional
• Able to communicate confidently with both customers and Sales Associates
• Organized and able to keep track of activity in a busy environment
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving around for much of the workday
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Interest in building a career in the automotive industry is a plus
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or GED
