Role Overview
Lead business development by onboarding banquet halls for our client while generating new
business opportunities for Double Six Media. Build strategic partnerships, close deals, and drive
revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard banquet halls and event venues.
Meet owners and decision-makers, present proposals, negotiate and close partnerships.
¢ Build long-term relationships and manage the sales pipeline.
¢ Generate new business across hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, real estate, healthcare, retail, beauty,
luxury and more.
¢ Pitch marketing, branding, production, digital marketing, influencer marketing and event marketing
services.
¢ Build alliances, identify upselling opportunities and referral networks.
¢ Develop sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, prepare proposals and forecasts.
¢ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
¢ Mentor junior sales executives.
KPIs
Banquet halls onboarded, revenue generated, new clients acquired, conversion rate, pipeline value,
client retention, upselling revenue, strategic partnerships and target achievement.
Required Skills
Negotiation, presentation, B2B sales, relationship management, networking, strategic thinking,
CRM proficiency and entrepreneurial mindset.
Preferred Experience
510 years in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships or Hospitality Sales.
Existing hospitality network preferred.
