What they need
Drive branch sales across General Trade, Regional & Organized Retail and B2B channels. Manage channel partners, sales targets, team performance, market growth, PSI, inventory, sell-out and customer relationships.
Required Candidate profile
15+ yrs experience in sales leadership, preferably Consumer Durables/Electronics/Electricals, with strong expertise in channel sales, dealer management, retail, B2B, team handling and revenue growth.
