Sales Head

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Management, or related fields
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably within the education, publishing , or EdTech sector
• At least five (5) years of direct team management experience leading high performing sales team

Principal functions

• Sales leadership & operations - set and monitor performance targets, sales quotas,territory assignments and key performance indicators. Directs and oversees end-to-end pipelines and selling cycles with the Basic Education sector
• Strategic planning & business development-formulates and implements short and long term sales strategies.Identifies and capitalizes new market opportunities
• Marketing & external relations - partners with marketing team to guide promotional campaigns, lead generational initiatives, and collateral development.Oversees the distribution of sales enablement materials
• Financial & operational management - develops & manages sales budgets, operational costs and revenue forecasts for the Basic Education Department.Establishes, enforces departmental policies and standard operating procedures.
• Team management & leadership -provides ongoing coaching, performance reviews and training programs tailored to sales operations
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the executive management
