Position: Sales Head

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Requirements:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team for high performance.
• Drive sales of commercial real estate projects through direct and channel sales.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and target achievement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage sales budgets and optimize resources.

Desired Candidate:

• 7+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Strong skills in business development, team management, and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Target-driven, commercially focused, and proficient in CRM & MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Familiar with Commercial real estate projects & Managing channel partners,
