Sales Head

The Head of Sales owns the sales strategy for all Lucknow projects and is accountable for the team delivering it.

Sales strategy and planning

• Create the annual and project-wise sales strategy and plan for commercial and residential projects.
• Set sales targets, pricing and payment plans with the management team.
• Plan project launches with the marketing team.
• Track the Lucknow market, competitor projects and buyer demand.

Execution through the team

• Lead, coach and review the sales team against monthly and quarterly targets.
• Recruit and develop sales managers and executives.
• Run the full sales cycle: lead management, site visits, negotiation, booking and agreement.
• Step in personally on large commercial and high-value deals.

Channel network

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers in Lucknow.
• Onboard new channel partners and manage their agreements and commissions.
• Ensure channel partners and sales practices comply with UP RERA.

Customers, collections and reporting

• Maintain relationships with key buyers, investors and corporate clients.
• Work with the finance and customer service teams on timely collections.
• Report sales, pipeline and forecasts to management every week and month.
