Join Investors Avenue, a fast-growing real estate brokerage firm associated with leading housing builders. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sales Head to lead our sales division, set business targets, and drive high performance across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement overall sales strategies for business growth
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team
• Supervise, guide, and take reporting from the Sales Managers and executives
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with top housing builders
• Track sales performance, analyze data, and ensure achievement of goals
• Identify new opportunities and market trends to expand business
• Coordinate with management on revenue planning and expansion strategies
• Oversee marketing initiatives including digital campaigns & social media promotions

Requirements:

• MBA/Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with strong team management capabilities
• Knowledge of digital marketing & social media promotion will be an added advantage
