Sales Head

Primary responsibilities

· Create and execute the sales plan for EPC contractors, infrastructure companies, consultants, PMCs, government departments and selected dealers.

· Build a project-led pipeline by identifying live applications where corrosion resistance, lower weight and long service life justify GFRP adoption.

· Lead meetings with project heads, purchase teams, structural consultants and government engineers.

· Coordinate technical presentations, samples, BOQ inputs, design conversions, trials and vendor registrations.

· Develop pricing recommendations within the company's approved margin, freight, credit and authority limits.

· Recruit and manage on Phase 2 .. the Technical Specification Manager, BD Executive and Tender Coordinator after management approval.

· Maintain every lead, next action, quotation, probability and expected order date in the approved CRM.

· Own collection follow-up and prevent uncontrolled credit or overdue exposure.

· Provide market intelligence on competitor products, prices, specifications, approvals and capacity.

· Translate market demand into diameter-wise forecasts and pre-production customer commitments for the factory phase.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
