In-Home Sales Closer – High-Ticket Remodeling Commission Only | $100K+ Earning Potential | Leads Provided

OT Bay Builders is hiring an experienced in-home sales closer to close high-intent, inbound remodeling leads across the Bay Area.

This is a commission-only role.
There is no base salary, no hourly pay, and no draw.

This position is for proven closers who want strong lead flow and uncapped income.

Compensation (Read Carefully)

• Commission only
• Uncapped earnings
• Top performers earn $100,000+ per year
• Paid on closed deals
• Income is directly tied to performance

If you close, you get paid.
If you don’t close, you don’t.

Lead Source (Important)

You are NOT responsible for prospecting or door knocking.

Leads are provided from:

• Inbound homeowner inquiries (hot leads)
• Marketing channels and referrals
• Canvassing team appointments (additional volume)

These are homeowners actively looking to remodel.
Your job is to run the appointment and close the deal.

Projects You’ll Close

• Kitchens
• Bathrooms
• Full home remodels
• Exterior renovations
• Additions / ADUs

Typical project size: $25,000 – $150,000+
Appointments: Pre-qualified and confirmed

Responsibilities

• Run in-home appointments with homeowners
• Qualify scope, budget, and timeline early
• Present solutions professionally and confidently
• Close contracts and secure deposits
• Manage follow-ups on warm opportunities
• Update CRM and job notes same day

This is a pure closing role, not lead generation.

This Role Is a Fit If You

• Have 5+ years of in-home high-ticket sales experience

(remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, construction, etc.)

• Are comfortable discussing $50K–$150K+ projects
• Can confidently handle budget conversations
• Are disciplined with follow-up and pipeline management
• Want uncapped income without hunting for leads

This Role Is NOT a Fit If You

• Want a base salary or hourly pay
• Are new to high-ticket in-home sales
• Need to generate your own leads
• Avoid budget conversations
• Depend on discounts to close

Schedule & Territory

• In-home appointments across the Bay Area
• Flexible schedule based on appointments
• Evenings and weekends required

• Submit a 60-second voice note explaining how you close a hot inbound lead
