- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in sales hiring, recruitment, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing large-scale recruitment projects (bulk hiring).
- Strong understanding of Hindi language is required.
- Experience with mass recruitment techniques and tools.
