Windmiller Custom Homes is looking for a friendly, polished, and dependable Sales Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our model and showcase homes throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

This role is all about creating an exceptional first impression. As a Sales Host/Hostess, you will welcome prospective homeowners, create a warm and professional environment, and help ensure every guest’s first experience with Windmiller Custom Homes reflects the quality and attention to detail behind our brand.

Compensation

This position pays $16 per hour, plus opportunities to earn additional bonuses.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and greet prospective homeowners, Realtors, and guests as they arrive
• Create a warm, professional, and inviting first impression
• Represent the Windmiller Custom Homes brand with confidence and professionalism
• Assist guests with basic information about our homes and communities
• Help connect prospective buyers with the appropriate sales team member
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready model or showcase home
• Assist the sales team with light administrative and organizational tasks as needed
• Help prepare for and support open houses, community events, and other sales activities
• Ensure each visitor feels welcomed, acknowledged, and well cared for throughout their visit

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, real estate, or sales support is a plus, but a great attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn are most important.

Schedule & Locations

This position will primarily support our sales team during weekends and days when sales representatives are out of the office, so weekend availability and schedule flexibility are important.

Windmiller Custom Homes has spec and showcase homes throughout the DFW Metroplex and North Texas, so work locations will vary based on sales needs. Candidates should be comfortable traveling to different Windmiller properties and communities throughout the area and have reliable transportation.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and would rather experience different luxury homes and communities than report to the same location every day.
