Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for sales positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in sales recruiting or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully filling complex technical sales positions.
• Strong understanding of the IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
