A leading global pharmaceutical organization is looking for an experienced Sales Incentive Program Manager to drive the end-to-end administration, governance, and performance tracking of sales incentive programs for its India Pharma business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incentive calculations, quarterly payouts, and annual reconciliations.
• Validate sales performance data and field execution KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Monitor incentive spend, ROI, and compliance.
• Handle payout exceptions, territory realignments, and stakeholder queries.
• Prepare executive reports and performance analytics.
• Conduct training and communication sessions for field teams.

Required Skills:

• 5-8 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Commercial Excellence, or Sales Operations.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biopharma industry, preferably within Super-Specialty segments such as Oncology, Hematology, Biologics, or Rare Diseases.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, including financial modeling and incentive calculations.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva, IQVIA CRM, or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
