Sales Intelligence Teams

Responsibilities:

1. Market Monitoring & Investment Insights

·       Monitor global and domestic economic developments, financial markets, and investment trends on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

·       Prepare market outlook reports, investment perspectives, and tactical asset allocation recommendations.

·       Support management, sales teams, and product committees with timely market updates and actionable insights.

2. Market Briefing & Investment Outlook Presentation

·       Prepare and deliver market briefings, investment outlook presentations, and thematic investment updates.

·       Develop presentation materials for management meetings, investment committees, product committees, and distribution channels.

·       Serve as a company representative in client seminars, webinars, roadshows, training sessions, and investment events.

3. Competitor & Industry Analysis

·       Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors' mutual funds, investment products, and strategic positioning.

·       Monitor industry trends, product launches, fund flows, performance rankings, and market opportunities.

·       Identify market gaps and emerging themes that may create opportunities for new product development.

4. Product Ideation & Development Support

·       Generate new product ideas based on market trends, customer demand, competitor intelligence, and investment themes.

·       Collaborate with Product Development, Investment, and Sales teams to evaluate new fund opportunities.

·       Provide ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to support organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, investment strategy, product development, or sales enablement

·       Strong understanding of investment products (e.g., mutual funds, asset allocation) and financial markets

·       Proven ability to conduct market and competitor analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex investment concepts into compelling sales narratives

·       Experience in developing sales materials (e.g., pitch books, product briefs) and collaborating with cross-functional teams
