Sales Interior Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales ID Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and leading the Interior Design team to deliver successful projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Interior Design sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Manage client relationships and ensure a smooth customer journey from consultation to project handover.
• Oversee leads, follow-ups, quotations, project costing, and sales activities.
• Guide and support designers in handling clients and closing sales.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve sales results.
• Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly.
• Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure projects are progressing according to expectations.
• Attend showroom and roster duties when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Interior Design sales or a related role.
• Prior experience managing or leading a sales team is preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
